Our love of animals and the outdoors is one of our foundational motivations for choosing a farming lifestyle. Currently we raise ADGA registered Nigerian Dwarf Goats, chickens and honey bees. We can’t help but name all of our furry and feathered friends – we love and appreciate all of them!
Our chickens are all rare and / or heritage breeds like Black Copper Marans, Ameraucanas, Speckled Sussex, Mosiac, Columbian Wyandotte, Olive Eggers and Easter Eggers. We occasionally have farm fresh eggs for sale in our Farm Shop.
Of course our menagerie includes a whole host of farm cats and dogs: three rescue cats, IttyBitty, Geronimo and Penelope; and our three dogs, an Aussie mix rescue dog named Myrtle, a Border Collie named Bea, and an old Plott Hound named Boone.
